Site rules
Short rules that keep every yard safe, clean and secure.
You can store
- Trucks, tow trucks, vans and trailers
- Equipment and attachments
- Building and landscaping materials, neatly stacked
- Boats, RVs and campers
Not allowed
- Living or sleeping on site
- Fuel or propane storage beyond a vehicle's own tank, and any hazardous, illegal or flammable goods
- Repairs, fluid changes, washing or spray painting
- Dumping waste, soil, tires or scrap
- Running a business open to the public from the yard
- Storing anything outside your own yard or in drive aisles
Gate and access
- Use only your own gate code, and don't share it outside the people listed in My Yard.
- Close the gate behind you. Don't let other vehicles follow you in.
- Drive slowly (10 km/h) and keep aisles clear for snow clearing and emergencies.
Keep it safe
- Secure loads and covers against wind.
- Fix leaks right away and report any spill in My Yard.
- Report damage, gate or light problems in My Yard. In an emergency call 911 first.
